Cheryl Lynn Jewelry

Fine Jewelry to Your Heart’s Desire

Cheryl Lynn JewelryCheryl Lynn Greenspoon, designer and owner, launched Cheryl Lynn Jewelry in 2007. This fine jewelry line only uses 18k gold and precious stones and is modern with a sense of classic elements running throughout.  Cheryl Lynn Jewelry is delicate but has strong attention to detail and easily transitions from day to night.  Cheryl Lynn Jewelry is unique from other jewelry designs because her pieces are current and modern yet still completely timeless and classic.  “I have seen my jewelry on people of all ages and it always looks appropriate and beautiful. It is sometimes difficult for fine jewelry to transition from day to night and I always think about this when I design and think my collection is quite versatile because of this,” she shares.

Cheryl has always possessed a love and passion for jewelry, which she knows was inherited from both her grandmother and mother. Growing up she was extremely creative and would think about the day when she could launch her own jewelry collection to share her passion with the rest of the world.  She studied Television Production at Boston University, but was also actively enrolled in creative courses such as photography, drawing, sculpture and theater.  Cheryl was always artistic and a very visual person as she is attracted to the aesthetic of everything around her, whether it is fashion, art, or interior design.  She began taking workshop classes on jewelry making and went on to study gemstones at Gemological Institute of America where she earned her Accredited Jewelry Professional diploma.  Another way she pursues her creativity is through Fashion Photography Production, which is what she focused on prior to launching her own jewelry collection.

Cheryl Lynn JewelryCheryl shares some of her current favorites from her collection.  At the moment, she is obsessed with her Stackable Heart Bracelets and Rings.  While she has never been a heart person, these bracelets and rings give new meaning to heart shaped jewelry because the stacking components let her customers choose the gold and diamond colors they prefer.  Cheryl says, “I love the idea of mix and matching, so these pieces are ideal for any occasion. For instance, at a casual lunch meeting I wore a white gold heart with black diamonds ring stacked with a solid rose gold heart ring.  It works!”  As featured here from her Hearts Collection, this White Gold and Black Diamond Stackable Heart Rings combination is exquisite and offers the smooth coolness of 18k white gold contrasted with the luxe appeal of black diamonds. Each ring is sold separately but this combination will just about compliment anything in your wardrobe and sure to be an everyday favorite.

Her ideas for her designs are actually random as there is no real method to her madness.  It could be anywhere from going out to dinner, seeing a Cheryl Lynn Jewelrymovie, or walking in a museum or art gallery, when an idea will just spring to mind.  Once her ideas hit, she will start sketching and the ideas begin flowing.  “It’s an addictive feeling,” she describes.  From the CL Collection, the Wavy Stack Rings are also an Editor’s Pick for their versatility as they can be stacked to make any look you want.  Available in different stones and plain, these elegantly thin rings have a modern twist with its wavy design.  These stacking rings in white diamonds, black diamonds, and sapphires are just too tempting to pass up.

Many of today’s hottest celebrities like Megan Fox, Zoe Saldana and Hayden Panetierre have been spotted in Cheryl Lynn Jewelry.   Christina Applegate Cheryl Lynn Jewelrywore her Diamond Oval Hoops to the Stand Up 2 Cancer function, which was certainly a career highlight for Cheryl.  “The celebrities seem to love wearing my stacking bands because they can mix and match and they work for everyday and special occasions!” Cheryl says.  Last but not least, we selected the 18k Diamond Aphrodite Cuff from the Aphrodite Collection.  A wide cuff displays an artsy filigree design intertwining 18k yellow gold and diamond patterns.  Made of 4.08 carats total, the edges of the cuff are delicately accented with a row of diamonds to grace your arm in the most luxurious way.

Cheryl handles every aspect of her business by herself.  Her favorite jewelry design team is Van Cleef & Arpels as they have always been very inspirational to her.  Cheryl enjoys traveling and was most amazed with the colors and raw beauty of the ancient temples in Southeast Asia, which strongly influenced some of her pieces.  She enjoys playing golf and tennis and often hikes in the mountains weekly.  Yet, Cheryl also enjoys the simplicity in life by just sitting outside in the sun with her sketchbook and a glass of Pinot Grigio, which is how she comes up with some of her best ideas for pieces.

Cheryl Lynn Jewelry is sold at high end jewelry stores, including stores in Aspen, Los Angeles and Miami, to name a few.  She tries to keep her collection as niche as possible.  In the next five years, Cheryl hopes her line will become more of a household name for fine jewelry.  In order to accomplish this goal, she would likes to expand and sell her jewelry throughout the United States and internationally.  Cheryl would love to continually expand her growing collection each season so that her customers can always add to their Cheryl Lynn Jewelry collection.  Currently, she creates new pieces all the time while continuing to sell previous designs.  To view her fine jewelry collection, please visit cheryllynnjewelry.com.
